Download csv file- Added the ability to download a csv file of the data

Upload legacy file problems with some fields- Fixed the bug that caused the upload of legacy files to fail when some fields were empty or had a different value than the expected one
Problem when attaching same file to multiple records- Fixed the bug that caused the same file to be attached to multiple records when the same file was attached to multiple records
